Aspen Lodge Residential Care Home was formed during 2006, out of direct observations and experiences that indicated how compassion needs to be rooted in a position of comprehensive strength to be readily enacted, and that this necessary strength can ably be created and secured via essential; disciplines, vigour and integrity of an economic entity... a company of individuals whose belief's support that cause.
Fulfilment of our mission will require us to uphold the following three values... and four route markers...
The best comes from the recognition that people matter. People who we care for, who come into contact with our service in so many ways and who we are. Helping the "self-help" of others is a definition of 'teamwork. People are a core value.
All human activity cyclically draws upon a cost of provision and there is no human activity that can endure without reserves of "the means of provision" (i.e. savings). Savings are the "profit element" necessary for repelling risk of failure and for achieving improvement and progress of the mission and it follows that, integral to the previous two values, we diligently seek; competitively created savings, profitable growth and the ability to make a realistic return to shareholders as essential, true-to-the-mission, success objectives.

Why settle for less than can be achieved? Our quality issue is satisfied customers.
Preserve open-mindedness and forward thinking, accepting all viewpoints as worthy of regard and treating all ideas as deserved of consideration towards support and improvement.
Always see our improving strength, rather than any external source of reliance, as a resource that will enhance and provide strength to the mission. Shareholders (people) will give their worldly support to our mission by investing in an activity that is; ethical, efficient, competitive, realistically profitable and durable, and carried out with due social conduct and integrity.
All our relationships need to be continuously worked at to promote mutual benefit and progress.
